| Client contacts JAC via telephone, fax or email, to provide a job description to the vacancy. | |||||||||||
| Client will receive a short list of candidates, the result of our comprehensive searches and selections. | |||||||||||
| Client can then choose from the list, the candidates who they would like to interview. | |||||||||||
| The initial and any subsequent interviews will be arranged on behalf of the client by JAC. | |||||||||||
| Having interviewed the candidates, client can choose a suitable candidate, if any, with an offer to be made. If no candidate is selected, JAC will repeat the process, beginning with another initial selection. |

| With a final decision made, client presents the candidate with an offer of employment. JAC offers its consultancy services should any offer-negotiations be necessary. Finally the date of commencement, remuneration and other details will be decided and agreed upon by both candidate and client. |
|||||||||||
| On the date of commencement, JAC will contact the client to ensure that the candidate has fulfilled the agreement. It is only after this stage that JAC will issue an invoice to the client. |
